8. Payment and Fees

Certain Programs and Services may require payment. All fees will be communicated clearly prior to enrollment. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

• All prices are displayed in euros (€) unless otherwise stated, consistent with our registration in the Netherlands.
• Payment must be made through the secure payment methods available on the Site at the time of registration.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your purchase.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Paulo's HIITBOX regarding your use of the Site and Services. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings between you and Paulo's HIITBOX relating to the subject matter herein.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the law of your country of residence within the European Union.
